Karel Lewit, MD
The Karel Lewit Clinic is named after Dr. Karel Lewit (pronounced Carol Levit). Dr. Lewit was a full Professor of Neurology at the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. He is recognized internationally as the “Father of Musculoskeletal Medicine in Eastern Europe” and is the founder of the Prague School of Manual Medicine at the Charles University. Dr. Lewit was one of Dr. Skaggs’ most influential teachers and colleagues.
